Preserving Your Bridal Bouquet
For optimal preservation of your bouquet after the wedding, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator until it is shipped.
Shipping Instructions
1. Place your bridal bouquet in a cardboard box.
2. If you wish, you may include the wedding crowns, invitation, and favor in a separate bag. Important note: The favor must NOT be ceramic, glass, plexiglass, clay, or plaster, as it will not be placed in the frame and cannot be returned.

4. Once we receive your bouquet, we will notify you of its condition. To begin the drying process, a prepayment of €100 is required.

Completion of Your Frame
– Once your frame is ready, we will send you a photo of the final result.
– The arrangement of the items is done in the best possible way by us, but you may request modifications (except for the bouquet itself).
– Shipping is carried out **only** after the full payment has been completed.
– If paying via bank transfer, the payment must be credited to our account before shipping.
Shipping Method
– Shipments are made via **ACS Courier** for secure transportation.
– A tracking number will be provided for your package.
Shipping Costs
– **Mainland Greece**: €20
– **Islands**: €25
– **Cyprus**: Upon request
We have secured **discounted shipping rates** through our professional ACS account. In this case, the shipping cost is added to the final payment amount.
If you prefer a different courier service, the frame must be collected directly from our store.
Liabilities & Disclaimer
– **If you choose ACS shipping**, your frame is **fully insured**, and in case of damage, you will not be charged for repair, materials, or shipping costs.
– **If you choose your own shipping or collection method**, we bear **no responsibility** for any damages that may occur.
– **Important**: Each home has different environmental conditions (humidity, exposure to light, etc.), which we cannot know or control. For this reason, we **do not provide any warranty, repairs, or replacements** once the frame has been received.
