Right of Withdrawal

According to applicable law, consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving the product.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to cases provided by law, such as:

• Products made specifically for the customer according to their specifications or clearly personalized

• Products that are unique by nature, such as:

  • Dried bridal bouquets

  • Special floral arrangements

  • Paintings or handmade works created upon customer request

This exemption derives from Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, which incorporates Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (Consumer Rights Directive).

Relevant article: Article 3, paragraph 2, section b of Law 2251/1994:

“The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts … for goods produced according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”

Shipping Liability

The company is not responsible for loss or damage of products caused by courier companies. Shipments are made via reliable carriers, but external factors are beyond the company’s control.
