Shipment Policy
The shipment of our products due to Covid-19 and for as long as it lasts will be done within 5-10 working days by the General Postal Transport Company.
Choosing a cash on delivery method, has an additional charge of € 2.
It is possible to receive it from the company.
The shipping cost for Attica and the rest of Greece depends on the weight.
WITHIN THE CITY
For delivery with delivery the next working day, the charge is € 4.20 up to 2 kg weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to € 1.20.
For delivery with same day delivery within a store in the region, the charge is € 10.46 up to 2 kg weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to € 2.46.
For same day shipping within Attica and Thessaloniki, the charges of the company’s price list are valid.
NETWORK
For shipment to land destinations of the network of General Post SA, with delivery the next working day, the charge is € 4.20 up to 2 kg weight.
For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to € 1.20. (For some shipping – delivery city combinations the time can be extended to 2 working days).
For shipment to island destinations of the network of the General Post SA, with delivery within 2 working days, the charge is set at € 4.20 up to 2 kg weight.
For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to € 1.20.
For the areas outside the city limits of the network of the General Post SA, (inaccessible areas) with delivery within 1-3 working days, the charge is € 7.62 up to 2 kg weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to € 1.40.
CASH
For each shipment with cash on delivery order, regardless of destination, the charge is € 4.80 up to 2kg weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to € 1.20.
The above charges also apply to inaccessible destinations, and include the cost of both the transfer and the cash on delivery service.
Maximum cash on delivery value is € 2,000 per shipment.
CASH WITH CHECK
For cash on delivery by check, the surcharge on the basic charge is € 3.50.
COD CURRENCY
For cash on delivery that is forwarded with same day delivery, the surcharge on the basic charge is € 3.70.
DELIVERY SATURDAY
For each shipment with Saturday delivery order, the charge is € 1.50
MORNING DELIVERY
For each shipment with morning delivery order, the charge is € 2.00
Foreign Services
SHIPMENTS TO CYPRUS
For shipment with delivery within 2 working days, the charge amounts to € 15.00 up to 2 kg weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to € 4.50. For shipments from Attica, it is possible to deliver in 1 working day.
The above charges also apply to inaccessible destinations (with delivery in 2-4 working days).
COD CURRENCY TO CYPRUS
For cash on delivery to Cyprus, the surcharge on the basic charge is € 5.00. Maximum cash on delivery value is € 2,000 per shipment.
For cash on delivery with check to Cyprus, the surcharge on the basic charge is € 3.50.
OTHER CHARGES
For anything that is not specifically mentioned in our offer, the respective price list of the General Post SA is valid. It is clarified that the above prices do not include VAT.
GENERAL TERMS
According to IATA regulations, the charge for each shipment depends on its volume and weight. In case the result of the volume measurement of the shipment (LENGTH X HEIGHT X WIDTH in centimeters / 5,000) is greater than the weighing weight, the charge is made according to the result of the titration. For shipments to Cyprus the maximum weight per shipment is 32 kg and each shipment can consist of only one piece.
